It was good but I would like to talk a little more about the procedure that I am thinking about having how much pain is involved and where is the procedure actually done on my back lower or upper area

Dr. Gandi is very receptive to the needs of the patient. He listens and spends the time needed to address any concerns. The office staff is very friendly.

I’m very fan of Dr. Soin and I thought the office is very well organized, unfortunately this was not my last visit experience. I had my stimulator implanted last week and today the stitches were supposed to be removed and a Nevro rep suppose to explain to me how to charge the stimulator. First the paper work showed that I have Boston Scientific stimulator which is not true, I have a Nevro one. Second I was surprised that the lady who’s removing the stitches is being trained and for me this’s unacceptable at all. I hope these issues would be taken care of in the near future.

everyone in office was kind. Dr. Soin is so cheerful and empathetic to those w chronic issues. Im so glad to visit him. And he actually palpated my cspine. Very few docs use palpate to assess a patient's area of issue-- fear of abuse or it takes too much time, however, medicine is an art and touch can be very informative provided the doc has experience w a variety of conditions and how they present physically . i just recommended him to a neighbor today post visit. Thank again.

Planned to see the dr but saw his assistant instead. She is good but I had a problem I wanted to ask him about. He was running so far behind I couldn’t see the dr.

I have been seeing Dr Soin for a year or better. I’ve been to a lot pain doctors with little to no success. I have chronic pain in my back and he never gets tired of seeing me and always treats me with kindness and understanding. His PA is also compassionate and understanding. I LOVE Dr Soin. He keeps me on my feet and I am able to keep doing the things I enjoy.
